Customer is required to place a minimum order value of Ringgit Malaysia TEN (RM10.00) (“MOV”) before an Order can successfully be placed and delivered to you.
Where the Customer has decided to make a cancellation on the Order placed, the Customer is required to notify the Vendor of such cancellation through the “Chatbox” and may proceed with the request for refund via email to support@maqan.my or our Customer Service website at help.maqan.my. Any request for Order cancellation may be accepted by MAQAN provided that such Order was not accepted by the Vendor.

Delivery time varies from vendor to vendor. It also depends on the number of orders that the vendor has to prepare and on the distance between the restaurant and your delivery address. You can see the estimated delivery time for each vendor in your area on our MaQan app. Delivery times may be influenced depending on factors that are not controlled by MAQAN (e.g. order quantity, distance, time of day (peak periods), weather conditions, traffic conditions, etc.).
You acknowledge that the delivery time we provide is only an estimation and Orders may arrive earlier or later that it was estimated. To ensure that you do not miss a delivery of your Order, you should ensure that either you or someone that is authorized by you to be at the delivery location to receive the Order once an Order has been placed.
If you’re receiving your order notifications late or not receiving them at all, here are some settings you can check:
a) Enable MaQan apps to send notification to your device. You can set this in your device permission settings.
b) Make sure you are logged in on the MaQan app.
c) There is an active internet connection on your device.
d) Update and use the latest version of the MaQan app.
To pre-order food/product, you need to order it at maqanapp.com :
a) Choose pre-order categories and restaurant that you want to pre-order.
b) Pick a date and time for your pre-order.
c) Make sure to pay the order before the pre-order time and date.
d) After placing your order, you will receive an e-mail confirmation containing an order reference number.
