1. Go to rider.maqan.my and fill up the form.
2. You will need to provide your personal information including valid email address, a mobile phone number, a password, banking information, vehicle information and license registration details and other information.
3. You must be above the age of 18 years old to qualify for the registration and must be solely responsible for any risks and responsibility involve in performing the Service.
4. Once you have completed filling up the registration form, you’ll receive email to upload documents complete your registration process.
1. Every Rider must be a person who possess a valid driving or motorcycle license issued by the Government of Malaysia.
2. License must be one that has passed probationary period.
3. License must be of a valid period.
4. Every Rider shall ensure his vehicle.
i) Must be one that is safe, in good condition and meet every applicable statutory sets by the authority to perform the Service and
ii) Qualified and covered by a registered insurance company in Malaysia
1. Rider's Kit has been designed and made to help the rider to be comfortable when performing his service.
2. It is compulsory for every Rider to purchase the Rider’s Kit provided by MAQAN or through its agent only in order to start performing deliveries of Food to the Customer.
3. The Rider’s Kit is to ensure for every Rider to be easily visible on the road, recognizable to Customers, restaurant employee and allows Riders to get through any security checks smoothly.
The rider obligated to transfer cash received from customer to MaQan bank account everyday before 11:30PM
Transfer Method:
1. Cash Deposit Machine (CDM)
2. Online transfer
Riders may need to send the bank slip/payment slip as a proof for transaction to phone number provided by MaQan for riders.
a) Fees of service
The Rider’s current Scheme of Payment is structured on based payment of RM3.00 -RM4.00 per order (depends on the distance) and is accompanied with Delivery Commission which may varies for every completed Service. The details of this Scheme of Payment shall be updated by MaQan to rider via website, WhatsApp or Telegram channel.
b) Payment
i) All riders will receive rider statement via registered email indicating how much the riders earn for every orders on daily basis.
ii) Payment will be made to rider’s registered bank account 1-3 working days
*Rider statement clearly outline every order details, delivery fees, commission received and rider tips.
Whenever the Customer remains uncontactable or fail to be contacted to receive the Order within fifteen (15) minutes from the time the Rider arrives at the delivery address, Rider may notify MAQAN of such event and reserves the right to leave the delivery address.
Due to some circumstances the rider failed to deliver the order to customer, the Rider shall notify MAQAN via phone call or notify through the chatbox in the Application informing of such event and the cause of such unsuccessful delivery.
