Guide for Rider

To login to MaQan Buddies App.

1) Download maQan buddies app from play store for android user and app store for ios user.
2) Login to the app using the email and password given by vendor.
3) Click on forgot if rider forgot password.
4) Insert rider email to reset password.

  

To receive order.

1) Rider will be assign by vendor either auto or manual.
2) Rider will be inform if they are being assign to deliver food.
3) On the home menu, rider need to accept the order receive.
4) In the events if the rider need to reject order, they need to call the vendor business number at business details on the order detail page.
5) Rider needs to set the delivery time for the food to arrive

  

6) Message or contact the vendor, or customer using the message or call function in the app.

7) Click arrived to business for pickup, to inform vendor that the rider is ready.
8) Open the maps icon to navigate way to the customer.

  

To receive order.

1) Slider navigation list.
    i. My Orders.
    ii. Profile.
    iii. Settings.
    iv. Support.
    v. Logout.

6) Setup rider available or not by toggle down the option available button.
7) Update rider’s profile.
8) Click on support to gain help from maQan helpdesk.
