There is no charged imposed on new registration, all businesses may sign up as MaQan vendor for free.
a. Vendor operating with HALAL Certificate
In the event where the Vendor is operating their business with Halal Certification issued by the Department of Islamic Development Malaysia (“JAKIM”) or the State Islamic Religious Council, the Vendor shall furnish MaQan with it upon registration being made. The Certificate must be on its valid period.
In the event where the Vendor is operating without Halal Certification, the Vendor shall ensure the followings:-
Where the Vendor operates without the Certificate, the Vendor is bound to make this information known to MAQAN upon Vendor’s registration.
The Vendor shall not make any attempts to deceit or make false representations that ought to lead the customer confused or misdirected of the Vendor’s food production.
The Vendor under this category shall ensure that the food products are all Halal certified in terms of the ingredients used and the way the food is prepared
This particular provision applies to the Vendor who are conducting their business based on Halal Foods concept but are operating without a registered Halal Certification.
The Vendor shall strictly ensure the use of the ingredients are Halal certified and the way for the preparation of its food products are based on the Halal concept.
The Vendor shall make no attempts to deceit or make false representations that ought to lead the customer in confusion or misdirected of the Vendor’s food production and its preparation.
The approval of this vendor shall be the sole discretion of MaQan and MaQan when deciding Vendor’s application upon registration shall consider such application based on Vendor’s business criteria and activities
Fees and Charges :

Total Charges include Transaction fee, service charge and commission fee.
a) Transaction Fee: For maintenance of Payment gateway
b) Service charge fee: For apps maintenance
c) Commission Fee: For the use of MAQAN Platform (Partner incentives + Use of platform)
Sales cut off period is every Saturday 10:00PM, all sales from Sunday to Saturday will be calculated for vendor payment. Order Statement will be generated and payment will be made within 3-5 working days after the cut off period. Estimated payment cycle is 10-14 days.
Vendor may generate sales report from vendor dashboard. Please go to maqanapp.com and login as vendor. You may refer to vendor guideline on how to use vendor dashboard as provided by MaQan.
Please register as multiple business upon registration. However, vendor account will be created as individual business account to ease order monitoring and payment process.
Vendor may login from different device from time to time but an account is advisable to have log on a single device at a time. This is to avoid issues during ordering process.
Yes. Vendor may login to vendor dashboard to make changes to the menu.

MaQan will temporarily remove your account on the app to avoid any new orders from the user but your account will remain active in our database except if you choose to deactivate your account.
Registered vendor will receive vendor guideline through registered email. In case you didn’t received it, please email to support@maqan.my
MaQan is only available in Johor Bahru at the moment and will soon be available in all state of Malaysia.
MAQAN shall have the right to temporarily suspend the Vendor from using the Services from the App and/or Website, without liquidated damages
a) the Vendor has failed to pay any Invoice issued by MAQAN that has become due
b) the Vendor is in breach of any terms of this Terms and/or has provided false information or may be negatively affecting MAQAN’s business
